Mom’s Touch, a Korean burger and chicken chain, put a small lantern keyring in a limited burger meal set in September 2026.

The design draws on a cheongsachorong, a traditional Korean lantern with blue and red fabric, historically used to light the way at occasions such as weddings. A familiar lantern shape becomes something small enough to hang from a bag.

The light is part of the appeal

Industry News reports that the brand introduced a light-up cheongsachorong keyring with its limited “불 밝혀라 세트” burger meals in September 2026. The report describes a switch underneath the charm.

This is a detail from launch coverage, not a product test.

Meal sets and prices

Industry News says the sets went on sale September 17 at Mom’s Touch stores, its app and major delivery apps. They are limited-quantity and can end early.

  • “Light Up” Double Bulgogi set: Double Bulgogi burger, medium Cajun-seasoned fries, cola and a cheongsachorong keyring. From ₩12,900.
  • “Light Up” Smoky Smash set: Smoky Smash burger, medium Cajun-seasoned fries, cola and a keyring. From ₩14,900.
  • Keyring: Two designs in total. Sets include one at random. In stores you can reportedly buy one alone for ₩10,900.

The set and single-keyring prices come from a fan-community post, not an official announcement. On delivery apps you can’t buy the keyring alone, only the set.

The idea and the design

According to Industry News, Momstouch said it wanted to wish customers good fortune ahead, like the glow of a cheongsachorong lantern. It is a limited autumn item.

  • It keeps the shape of a traditional cheongsachorong but shrinks it into a keyring for a bag or pouch.
  • It uses natural jade decoration and traditional patterns.
  • A switch on the bottom turns the light on.
  • Momstouch also offers keyrings and gift cards as ways to send good wishes to someone.

Where can you buy it?

  • Double Bulgogi set: sold at stores nationwide except some special locations.
  • Smoky Smash set: sold at about 1,000 beef-burger stores with griddle cooking equipment. The Smoky Smash burger is said to use Australian wagyu patties cooked to order.
  • Limited quantity: sets and goods can sell out early, depending on each store’s stock.

If you want the Smoky Smash set, check first that your store has griddle equipment.
