How are the triplets doing?
According to Financial News and Ajunews (October 14), each of the triplets weighed about 1 kg at birth, and at two weeks old they are healthy and nursing from their mother. A veterinary team and keepers are caring for them.

The capybara is the largest living rodent, native to rivers and wetlands in South America. According to Ajunews, even the pups are born with fur and open eyes and can walk right away. Their relaxed faces and friendliness earn them the label of a “healing animal,” and they get along with ducks, turtles and monkeys, which gave them the nickname “the social butterfly of the animal kingdom.”
