How was the Seoul run?
According to Sports Kyunghyang and Korean Vibe, the three shows at KSPO Dome on October 9–11 drew about 30,000 fans, roughly 10,000 per show, and every show sold out. It was the duo’s first solo concert since leaving YG Entertainment last year, and it opened the tour built around their fourth full-length album.
- Stage: a donut-shaped 360-degree thrust stage in the middle of the venue, with a standing area inside the circle.
- Production: before the show the audience heard sounds of “paradise” such as crickets and wolves, and the set included a grassland, an entrance in a pickup truck, costumes, blocking, dancers and a live session built around the concept. A giant LED screen covering about a third of the dome’s inner wall showed mountains and rocks.
- Band and lights: a live band with sax and trumpet players, and audience wristbands controlled from a central system glowed blue during one song.
- Setlist: about 30 songs over two and a half hours. It opened with “Spring Colors” and included “Bring Out the Bug,” “The Right Person,” “Elegant Breakfast” and “Sunlight Bless You,” along with Lee Chan-hyuk’s solo “Endangered Love.”
- Atmosphere: the report says the sing-alongs were much louder than at typical idol shows.
Setlists may change between shows, so leave the details as a surprise.
What got attention in Seoul
At the Seoul shows, AKMU held back some restricted-view seats, where speakers and equipment partly block the stage, and invited people from underprivileged cultural backgrounds. According to SBS, it was 100 people per show, 300 in total, including visually impaired fans.
A guest’s reaction
According to Mediafine, AKMU gave some restricted-view seats to fans who find visual elements hard to enjoy, so they could still experience the live sound and atmosphere. One visually impaired guest wrote on social media that they were grateful and honored the seats weren’t simply left empty, and that it was their first time seeing a singer in concert. The report adds that accessibility takes more than free tickets: seating, walking routes and guidance matter too.
Before you go
- Check each venue’s location and transit on the ticket seller’s notice shortly before the show.
- The standing age limit is from the Gangneung notice. Confirm it for other cities.
- December shows are in winter, so dress warmly for the queue.
